I’m an integrated marketing agency founder with 20+ years of experience. I started as an art director and evolved to learn all aspects of the business on my way to becoming an award-winning creative director and CEO. I have lead campaigns and projects covering app development, web design, advertising, graphic design, social media, branding, creative writing, film production, crypto, etc. I’m fluent in all aspects of business management, including: team and culture building, business development, financials, HR, legal, and operations management. In 2010 my agency, Hot Tomali, won Ad Age’s Small Agency of the Year and was runner up in the 1-10 employees category. My creative work has also been recognized by Cannes Lions, London International, Art Directors Club, Applied Arts, and more.
I excel at public speaking, and have done dozens of presentations on a wide variety of topics including marketing, creativity and technology. Some of the events I’ve presented at include: the Advertising Age Small Agency Conference in Denver, CO, the Usability Conference in Washington, DC and the Alliance Health Conference in San Francisco, CA.
Outside of work I'm a lover of all things travel and food related. I like to maintain my edge (and waistline) by competing in endurance events like Ironman Canada, Ironman Sweden, New York Marathon, Vancouver Marathon and Escape from Alcatraz in San Francisco.
